The Victorian state government recently announced changes making it easier to build a small second dwelling on your property.
One of the changes made was to scrap the need for a planning permit. Some properties may still trigger the need based on the planning overlays on the property.

Transport costs
The size of our modules have been designed to fit onto the most cost effective truck transport. VicRoads permits are NOT required to transport our modules.
The transport and installation of a module is site specific - costs will depend on the site where it is to be installed.

Onsite costs
Onsite cost are also site specific and depend on site levels and access to existing services such as electricity, water and drainage.
Our modules have been designed so that only six footings per module are required. This also helps to keep the onsite costs as low as possible.

Absolutely. The structural frame of the module gives us a huge amount of flexibility and allows us to easily adapt the module to your personal requirements. Add/remove/change walls, doors, windows, cabinetry etc.
